Mastering high performance is our mindset program and typically runs over 2-4 weeks. The 3 modules making up the program can be run as 1/2 or 1 day versions and are as follows:
Commanding your motivation
Commanding your motivation moves each individual to create and sustain an immensely powerful inner drive and motivation. Where material and financial incentives fail to keep people striving to achieve, the most effective approach is for individuals to motivate themselves. Through coaching and interaction, the Mastering Motivation program equips participants with techniques for creating and maintaining their own levels of motivation.
Shaping beliefs
Beliefs are the driving force behind everything you do, think, and feel. They shape how you see the world and how you see yourself. Beliefs can massively help or hinder your potential. The Building Beliefs program eradicates beliefs that limit performance and unleashes the vast potential inside every individual. Participants learn how to create helpful and reinforcing beliefs in themselves and their capabilities, resulting in centered confidence, gravitas and increased personal impact.
Driving your vision
Directing your vision enables participants to develop a willingness to be self-led and to accept responsibility for their own actions and results. The program encourages a culture of openness, moving away from a limiting blame culture, and equips individuals with a framework for success based on personal responsibility and accountability.

High performance (HP) teams
HP teams explore the complex individual mindsets and team dynamics that combine to produce exceptional and sustained performance in any team environment. Every team wants to consistently perform at the highest level, yet so few teams actually achieve this level of performance. Through coaching, interaction and participation in a World Class team environment, this program instills in every individual team member an understanding and awareness of the beliefs and behaviours that are essential for consistent performance at the highest level.
Leading change
Change within organizations is constant. Still, many people react to change with denial or resistance. As a change leader, your ability to help people overcome their reactions and get on-board with new initiatives is critical to your success. In this workshop, you’ll gain practical tools that will enable you to manage reactions to change and communicate in a way that inspires follower-ship and exemplary productivity through any change initiative.
